Oscar ANCEL has worked as a legal assistant at W-LEGAL since September 2025. He is currently in the second year of a University Bachelor of Technology (BUT) in Legal Careers, following an initial year at the Faculty of Law, and joined the firm as part of a work-study programme. Combining academic study at the IUT with practical experience as an assistant in a law firm enables him to apply the knowledge acquired during his training and strengthen his skills through hands-on experience. This dual approach is a real asset in meeting our clients’ expectations in an operational and practical manner. Within the W-LEGAL team, he assists the lawyers with employment-law matters, particularly legal research, document drafting and administrative follow-up. His role also requires him to provide rigorous and efficient support to the lawyers in the procedural management of litigation matters. Employment law is a key part of his Legal Careers programme. Within the firm, he makes a point of remaining available and attentive to clients in order to contribute to serious, clear and personalised support.
