Marine GIN holds a dual degree in business law from SKEMA Business School, where she graduated top of her class in 2010. Passionate about employment law, she focused her career on this field from the time she entered Bar School in 2011. She has been a member of the Lille Bar since obtaining her CAPA in 2012. A partner at W-LEGAL since 2024, she specialises in URSSAF litigation and advises employers in their dealings with all employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT and trade unions). She supports companies and associations with responsiveness, a strong service mindset and a straightforward approach. Viewing employment law as an integral part of business law, she focuses on practical, concrete solutions that support business development and simplify the day-to-day work of the people who make organisations function.
