A graduate of Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Nicolas GEORGE pursued a legal education focused on private law generally and employment law in particular, including a Master’s degree in Private Law under the supervision of Patrice Jourdain. After obtaining the CAPA, he continued his professional development by dedicating his practice exclusively to employment and social security law. A founding partner of W-LEGAL since July 2020, Nicolas GEORGE acts across all areas of employment law and social security law and, where appropriate, criminal employment law, throughout France, while embodying the firm’s values. Litigation relating to working time, breaches of the employer’s health and safety obligation and gross negligence claims has been a particularly significant part of his recent contentious practice. Convinced that employment law contributes to business development, he positions himself as a genuine partner to companies by proposing pragmatic and bold solutions. He supports clients on a day-to-day basis in decision-making and the development of their strategy.
